Hi,

I want to share my experience with Sam: I hired him to fix an integration issue with our Exchange server and a control panel.

It took him 10 minutes or less to find and solve the main problem that a group of Certificated techs and developers didn’t find in days.

He tuned up my exchange, domain controller, installed team speak, solved a lot of little task that I requested, made sure our Exchange is working for our Exchange hosting with: OWA, OMA, Outlook with RPC, setup the SSL certificate, and made tutorials and teach me how to do day to day administrative task to make sure I can handle my servers and customers well.

Usually I don’t do this kind of recommendations, but I have to thank him one way or another for his hard work, and share my experience with you, since these days it’s hard to find a good and honest tech, and more for the Windows Platform.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Sam Cogan setting up Microsoft Exchange 2003 and I must say that I couldn’t have asked for a better Administrator. Instead of simply implementing the solution I asked for, Sam educated me as we went along and I must say that his teachings were more valuable than any book I could have bought.

He Guided me through each and every one of my queries and created a reference guide for future reference. Sam knows his work inside out and if you ask for something he’s unfamiliar with, he’ll do the research and get back to you in a very timely fashion. I highly recommend him for implementing a Microsoft Exchange 2003 solution.
