Ad hoc Service:
We can work on your server for $25 per hour, any day of the week. If we cannot fix your problem, you will not be charged!
Business Critical Support: If you need to be able to contact an engineer, day or night when you have a problem, we can supply a paging contact, for $40 per month. Any time spent working on your server is charged at the usual rate. This service is included free with our higher level contract plans.
Monthly Contracts:
Bronze: 2 hours per month $40, any additional hours charged at $25 per hour
Silver: 5 Hours Per month: $100 any additional hours charged at $20 per hour
Gold: 10 Hours per month: $150 any additional hours charged at $20 per hour
Platinum: 20 Hours per month $250 any additional hours charged at $15 per hour
Silver Gold and Platinum plans include a free initial security audit and free Business Critical Support. Service monitoring is available to contract customers for just $15 per month. Any hours used fixing services are taken from your monthly allowance.
Server Monitoring:
You select the services you want monitoring and we will set up our system to alert an engineer as soon as one fails. Each Package covers up to 3 servers.
Bronze: If a monitored service fails you are notified and an engineer is available to work on your server, any time spent working on your server is charged at the usual $25 per hour. Additional servers at $5 each.
$15 per month
Silver: If a monitored service fails an engineer will log on to you server, restart the service and spend up to an hour resolving the problem, after the hour, work is charged at $20 per hour. Additonal servers at $10 each.
$30 per month
Gold: If a monitored service fails, an engineer will log onto your server and fix the problem, however long it takes. Additional servers at $20 each.
$80 per month
